The course is very useful if I actually take the real estate course in the future when I’m in the university. This course is relevant in the Singapore context as we face the problem of land scarcity hence urban planning is very important in our society. I will recommend those people who are interested in geography to take this course as it is very interesting and you can see some of the geography theories learnt being put into into real life use. Otherwise it will be very dry if you are not passionate about geography.
